AlongRoute Data has been selected to proceed to Phase 2 of the WE-RISE programme, marking another important step as the company continues its commercial transition to AlongWave and advances its marine-weather intelligence offering for the maritime sector.
The milestone comes as AlongRoute continues to develop marine-weather intelligence designed to move beyond generic metocean feeds and provide maritime professionals with information that can be more effectively trusted, integrated and used in real operational workflows.
Phase 2 of WE-RISE will support the company in further strengthening its commercial positioning, investor readiness and growth strategy, while providing access to continued coaching and support within the wider European innovation ecosystem.
The next step will also take AlongRoute to Startup Fair 2026 in Vilnius, where the team will join the WE-RISE delegation and connect with investors, partners and fellow founders from across Europe. Startup Fair 2026 will take place on 17 September 2026 at LITEXPO in Vilnius and is expected to bring together thousands of participants from the European startup and investment ecosystem.
For AlongRoute, this next phase is not only about accelerating growth. It is also about continuing to build the commercial and operational foundations behind AlongWave: a marine-weather intelligence layer designed to support maritime software, operational workflows and decision-making with stronger, more usable environmental information.
